1. Information we collect
When you submit the Resource Request Form, we collect: name, email, phone, company/organisation, job title, selected resources, and delivery preferences. We use Google Analytics for site usage measurement (only after you consent).
2. Purpose of use
To deliver the documents/quotes you requested, let our sales team follow up, measure site usage, and measure advertising performance (Google Ads) — only where you have given consent.
3. Lawful basis
Consent under Section 19 of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
4. Retention period
Lead data: 24 months from delivery date · Site analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default).
5. Cookies we use
Necessary: session, locale preference (always on) · Analytics & Advertising: _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_* (Google Analytics and Google Ads — only after you click "Accept all").
6. Data subject rights
