1. Information we collect
When you submit the Resource Request Form, we collect: name, email, phone, company/organisation, job title, selected resources, and delivery preferences. We use Google Analytics for site usage measurement (only after you consent).
2. Purpose of use
To deliver the documents you requested, follow up if you opted in to an analyst callback, and recommend related resources (you can unsubscribe at any time).
3. Lawful basis
Consent under Section 19 of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
4. Retention period
Lead data: 24 months from delivery date · Site analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default).
5. Cookies we use
Necessary: session, locale preference (always on) · Analytics: _ga, _ga_* (only after you click "Accept all").
6. Data subject rights
Right to access / rectify / erase / port / object / restrict processing / withdraw consent. Submit requests to sales@seqrite-th.com
